Terms of Service

Jaro Pets helps breeders manage breeding programs and helps owners care for their dogs. Some features are in development or early access, and this website marks each feature’s status. Features in early access may change, and we may add, change or remove features as the service grows.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at support@jaropets.app if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what you share and with whom.

Your records are yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service, including showing them to the people you share them with and publishing a dog’s public record when it is turned on.

Record only information you are entitled to record, and keep it accurate. Breeders are responsible for the accuracy of pedigree, registration and health information they enter.

Growth ranges, rations, schedules, milestones and breed rules in Jaro Pets are general guidance for planning and record keeping. They are not veterinary advice and do not replace your veterinarian. Speak to a veterinarian about your dog’s health, diet and breeding.

Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you subscribe, and you will not be charged without agreeing to them. Breeder subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Owner subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are governed by that store’s terms and are cancelled there.

Free trials and any included access, such as a Puppy Welcome Pass when that program launches, end on the date shown and do not turn into a paid subscription unless you choose one.

• Don’t misrepresent a dog, a litter, a pedigree or health results, or impersonate another breeder or kennel.
• Don’t try to access accounts or records that aren’t shared with you, or to guess codes or invitations.
• Don’t use the service to send spam or to harass anyone.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at privacy@jaropets.app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or someone’s safety prevents it.

We work to keep the service available and your records safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

We will post changes to these terms here with a new date, and tell account holders about significant changes by email. Questions: hello@jaropets.app.
